Who owns what in iMacroPad and on this website, the names of other companies we mention, and the notices for the fonts and services we use.

The iMacroPad apps, their layouts, themes, icons and help, and the text, design and images of this website belong to iMacroPad. The iMacroPad name and logo are ours. You may use the press kit on the Press page to write about iMacroPad. For anything else, ask us first.
02Trademarks
- Apple, the Apple logo, Mac, macOS, iPad, iPadOS, iPhone, App Store, Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.
- Adobe and Photoshop are trademarks of Adobe.
- Microsoft, Microsoft Teams, Excel and Visual Studio Code are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
- OBS and OBS Studio are trademarks of their owner.
- Blender is a trademark of the Blender Foundation.
- Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB.
- Claude, Claude Code and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.
- Some themes are inspired by hardware, games and films, such as Razer BlackWidow keyboards, Logitech keyboards, the DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor, the Apple II, GTA Vice City and Tron. Those names belong to their owners. The themes are our own designs.
- All other product and company names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to say which apps iMacroPad works with. iMacroPad is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them.

- The screenshots of iMacroPad on this site and in the press kit are our own, taken from the real app.
- Images of Apple products are used in line with Apple’s marketing guidelines.
- App logos are shown only to identify the apps iMacroPad works with. They belong to their owners and may not be reused from this site.

This website uses three typefaces, served from the site itself. Each is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

05Software in the apps
iMacroPad for iPad and iPhone and iMacroPad for Mac are built only with Apple’s own frameworks, which are covered by Apple’s terms. The apps contain no third-party libraries, so there are no further licences to list. If that changes, the notices will appear here.
06Services the app uses
Some screensaver and widget panels show public data from these services. They are fetched only when you use those panels. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent.

Speech recognition is provided by Apple when the device cannot do it by itself. Plugins may call other services. Those are chosen by you and the plugin’s author, and their own terms apply.
